[Rwp] Recording a voiceover and inserting pauses in between sentences

Hi,
I need to record a voiceover for a language learning app. This is 
composed of about 400 sentences, the customer needs a pause of 2 seconds 
between these.

Is there a way to insert a predefined pause with a single key when I 
need it?

I need also to cut the noise of the keyboard when I press the down arrow 
key to read the other sentence... could the auto trim feature work for 
this or I need to cut down the noise manually?
