[Rwp] Item pan and volume

If you are happy to have them just stay in a certain spot, then do 
control shift  w,
when you have an item focused, in the usual way with control left and  
right arrow,
remember reaper is context sensitive, so once you select an item it 
knows you want to work with items, so don't push any other keys or 
reaper will think you want to do something else.
In that control shift w menu, you will find take  pan in there.
Set it the way you like.
