I know this has been solved, but two things worth noting:
1. As Tor notes, you can use alt+applications to access the routing 
context menu which allows you to do stuff like this more quickly than 
using the I/O dialog.
2. In the I/O dialog, there's no need to use screen review. Instead, hit 
the applications key while focused on the Delete button for a send. That 
will let you access all the other send options.
