[Rwp] free Sfz script reborn

Sforzando is a more modern sfz tool which supports the later opcodes, 
and is also more accessible.
But it does not support sf2 as well, especially multi-tembral ones.
Also the opcode to differentiate by midi channel doesn't seem to work 
for what ever reason, but anything using the level 2 opcodes will work 
better with the sforzando.
I like to use sforzando for pure sfz files, and sfz player for sound 
fonts, ancient as that format is, there are still some good sounds to be 
used there.
