[Rwp] Midi controller problem

hi guys
so i just bought a midi keyboard (M-Audio oxijen 49)
pretty good one
everything working including faders
except of transport contreol, so if i assin a button to play or something like record, its doing it to times
so if track1 is stoped and i press play, it'll play & pause it
any thought?
