[Rwp] Copying Multiple Items on Multiple Tracks

I think there are more than one way to do this but I think I am finding
that splitting items seems to be the most straight forward way to do it
because ripple editing works.
As far as I know, Jim is on the pc platform, and so am I.
though a mac is probably in my future at some point, but probably not
for reaper,
purposes.
