[Rwp] Accessible Nectar Elements preset navigation (Download)

Hi.  I have purchased, downloaded and authorised nectar elements and also downloaded Alan’s preset library file.  I am able to load nectar elements onto a track and access the menu to import the preset library.rpl file, but when I confirm that I want to import the library I get a message saying something like “effect not responding” and eventually reaper crashes and I have to completely close the program.  I am using the latest version of osara and reaper, along with jaws 15 and windows 7.  Has anyone else had this experience?  I am wondering if it could be a jaws related issue.

Setup instructions (the first time only):

 

1. Unzip all files.

2. Add a fx instance of DXI: Izotope Nectar Elements to any track.

3. Once loaded, press the button labeled "+" to access the preset's

menu (For screen reader users, you might need to route your mouse

cursor to the button to emulate a click).

4. Choose "Import preset library (.rpl)".

5. Browse your computer and locate "NectarElements.rpl" file.

6. Done!

 

Now you can access any preset from the preset's combo box built in

Reaper.

 

Note: Nectar Elements presets folder structure is as follows:

Alternative & Indie

Classical

Country

Dance & Electronic

Folk

Hip Hop & Rap

Jazz

Pop

Rock

Soul & RnB

Special FX

Voice Over & Dialog

Utility

 

The first preset of each category is named after its corresponding

genre/style, so you can browse all the available presets easier.

For example: Nectar country is the first preset for country style.
