[Rwp] SFZ Players

Well, I have used cc values to bring in other samples, ie, change from
one instrument to another, or turn up another layer
you can get pretty particular with it.
the old sfz player would also distinguish between midi channels, but
sforzando doesn't
for some reason,
but I have made multi-tembral instruments in this way before.
