[Rwp] SFZ Players

The only reason to run the older
sfz player that came with sonar is for better support of the older sf2
format, but otherwise sforzando is much better.
It's not that big a deal to load libraries as needed.
I like the fact, as an sfz developer, that when you update an sfz file
you get immediate results, the library is updated,
so your changes take place, and also you get nice meaningful error
messages when you mess up.
