[Rwp] Creating a mix

Hi there.
I've done this Before and if I know I'm gonna be time stretching the
faster song to the slower tempo I open a new Project and import the
new song at 91 bpm.
Then I create a new track in the first Project.
Then I make sure that in both Projects the tempo is mapped correctly
and the new song synced to the metronome at 91 bpm.
You have to make sure to do this that both Project time bases are set
to beats position length rate for this to work.
Now I simply cut the item on the new Project on the beat, copy that
item and paste it in to the other Project on the new track.
If all of this is done right the new track should now be playing at 87 bpm.
Now to speed the new track up I would be able to put tempo markers in
however I want.
I've found though that for tempo markers to work properly I also have
to split the items where the tempo markers are, at least that's the
older method.
There's now also stretch markers for doing this, also recently there's
options in the stretch markers to change the tempo gradually, but I
have to studdy a bit more how that works.
When I messsed with that a while a go I had some problems.
Anyway, hope this helps.
