[Rwp] How to copy and paste time based selection?

Well, that would explain it.
So you have to do a lot of jiggery pokery,
I just love that saying of Scot's 'grin', to copy and paste with
multiple tracks.
At least I haven't figured out an easier way to do it yet.
It involves making sure you split items at time selections, and then
making sure those items are all selected
the shift a command and the alt shift i came in handy,
you
would think you could just make a nice timed selection and select all
tracks and dump a hunk from one place to another, but
oh no, it just won't work that way 'grin'.
Well, not sure if I'm doing it the best way, but I at least got it to work
see with two track editing none of this stuff ever comes up,
it's way easier to move and copy stuff around, but when you're dealing
with multiple tracks and splitting items on multiple tracks,
then it can get nuts.
Well,
someone will probably pop up and say oh you're doing it the hard way,
it's much easier like this one can hope 'grin'.
