[Rwp] SWS isn't loaded properly

Hi.
I'm switching to a new computer and rebuilding my DAW environment.
After installing Reaper and SWS, I found that none of the SWS commands were 
added to Reaper's actions list. Also, I remember that installing SWS adds "e
xtension" sub menu to the menu bar, but it doesn't exist.
I guess the installed SWS extension isn't recognized for some reason. How ca
n I check or fix that?
Reaper and SWS are the newest ones. I haven't installed Osara yet.
