[Rwp] new to reaper - where to get started?

Hello, I don't know if I can share those files since they were
recorded for a class.
>From now, I can tell you that you can insert a midi track, using
something named Sforzando, you need to download it nad install it.
once you got it, you create the track, go to effects, look for
sforzando, and find a instrument in sforzando (sfz) format, and just
click enter on that. Some times, it says there is a mistake, just
skape that. Back in the track, you need to hit aplications key, and
choose midi input, virtual midi keyboard, all channels.after that, you
need to armed the track with f7 or f8, (I don't remember) and monitor
the track with one of the commands (f6 or f7) I mentioned before,
then, you hit alt+v, to use the virtual midi keyboard to play the
instrument.
