[Rwp] new to reaper - where to get started?

Key binding isn't so much what I'm worried about... I can learn that
easily enough. The finer points of music editting and midi are what I
really need to look at. It would be nice to be able to have a finished
track and look at the reaper project associated with it, preferably
something simple to start with like only two or three instrument
tracks, associated effects, or a mix of audio and midi data.
