[Rwp] From system administrator: About to do a minor server upgrade

Hi all,

This is Jayson, the server administrator for this list. I'm about to 
initiate what should be a minor server upgrade. Assuming everything goes 
well, you shouldn't even know anything's changed. There will probably be 
a few minutes of downtime during the upgrade. I'll send another message 
when everything is up again.
