[Rwp] A bit OT, using Reaper with the USB TrippleTalk?

There's no official support in NVDA for the USB TripleTalk (or any 
external synthesisers for that matter). There's an unofficial driver 
floating around on the internet, but it hasn't ever been submitted to 
the main add-ons site and has thus never been reviewed by anyone else. 
Still, someone must be using it. :)
