[Rwp] melodine scripts

for pitch correction I just use reaper's buit in tools.. thats a bit
more work but never is it imposible and also g-snap seems to pull the
trick decently. Obviously I dare to compare state of the art tools
against the free ones but I think these will improve over time as
well. Re: vip audio access, that is just a shame.
