Reaper also has a built-in noise reduction plug-in, Reafir. Don't know 
how good it is though.

I believe that the Noise Reduction plug-in bundled with sound forge is 
direct-x as opposed to VST, my copy certainly is, meaning that you'll 
need a 32 bit copy of Reaper installed to run it I believe.
