[Rwp] Reatune accessibility

well this is odd... it worked perfectly  now, but before I guess the
tabs were not showing, I think this also probably had to do with me
accidentally hitting f11 and toggling fullscreen before_ or something
. Because now I am able to find the text even with the screen review
just like I had done a few weeks back. Thanks for that though it makes
it ten times easier.
