[Rwp] Reatune accessibility

No, ReaTune manual correction is not accessible. If you want manual
correction, use ReaPitch and envelopes creatively.
The problem is that ReaTune defaults to the Tuner tab, but you can't
just tab to the tab control and select "Correction" for automatic
correction. You have to use screen review functionality for that. Unless
I'm missing something...?
