[Rwp] snapping automation envelopes

Constantly moving or static probably aren't the right ways to think
about it. There are just points at various points along the timeline.
How those points actually affect the content in between depends on the
shape. If it's linear, the line drawn between will be a straight
diagonal from one point to the next. If it's square, it goes straight
along the top and then changes at a right angle to the next point, hence
the snap.
As I understand it, Sonar snapshots are just square envelope points. I
believe Sonar has envelopes too for sighted people, but they aren't
accessible to blind users. We can only snapshot or automate. Both of
those show up as "shape" events, though.
