[Rwp] snapping automation envelopes

No; it's a snap between the two points. I can see why you'd say that, 
since that's how a square wave might work. However, waves are always 
cycles, whereas envelopes only have the points you draw. If you draw a 
line from point 1 to point 2, that's half a square. You could imagine 
the other half being invisible going from point 2 back to point 1 in the 
same shape.
