[Rwp] Monitoring Peaks

Hi,

Can anyone else reproduce this as I'm quite baffled.

Using Osara's peakwatcher I have monitored the same piece of audio 
multiple times, resetting the peaks between each pass and I get 
different levels every time.

The audio is run through a chain including the 3-band splitter and 
joiner, eq, chorus, a phazer and compression and the peak levels vary 
between -1.0 and -1.7 db for the left channel.

I'm wondering if it could be a latency issue but can't account for it 
and obviously it is problematic. When I audition with effects bypassed 
the levels are nice and constant. Just wondering how to solve the problem.
