[Rwp] Reatune accessibility

ReaTune is OK for converting audio to midi, so long as it is extremely 
non-complex, monophonic, such as one guitar string at a time, or a 
saxophone, synth lead, etc.
Unless things have happened recently that I'm not aware of, I don't 
think it would be much good for converting drums to midi notes. There 
are other, better ways to do that.

This having been said, the stuff you want to play with in ReaTune is in 
the plugin window. Nothing here is automated, so it won't show up in the 
shift+p thingy.
