[Rwp] Channel Routing for JS effects

Hi all,

How do I send the output of a JS effect to channels other than 1 and 2? 
I have a 6 channel track and, when I shift f10 on the 2 in 2 out button, 
it brings up a routing context menu for VST plug-ins, however when I do 
the same in a JS effect window, it just brings up the standard effects 
menu.

The plug-in pin connector dialogue you get by clicking on that in out 
button is still inaccessible, at least for me.
