[Rwp] HSC Positioning

So to address what you brought up is this where the application window 
get's referenced but also the child window or top level window?
In other words this keeps reaper and sonar sets from getting mixed up if 
they have the same name but one is for reaper the other for sonar?
Because the application windows are different.
Have I got it in the ball park?
