[Rwp] updated reaper golden cursor spots

yeh, perhaps yur display isn't set like mine, golden cursor isn't really
specific or complex about it's references for positioning, so there's a
lot of room for error.
But it's a good start to a nice tool, come see me privately if you get
hung up
will give you a good price for tutoring.
