[Rwp] updated reaper golden cursor spots

Apparently it puts my pointer just above the program area or button or
whatever it is. So if I hit enter on the position and then hit
win-NVDA-down, that puts it in the right place and I can get into the
program browser.

Related question for anybody, if I close Dimension Pro and then want to
get back into it to change programs, how do I do that?

And thanks much for the spots BTW. I'm thinking on banging on Reaper
with midi, more because I don't feel like getting all the audio stuff
hooked up yet, so it'll be a great help that I can use the plugins from
Sonar I installed ... plus make Sonar not a waste of good money! :)
