[Rwp] updated reaper golden cursor spots

Sure. I don't expect it to do anything for me, I just need to know how 
it works. I mean do you get the list of positions, hit enter on the one 
you want, then click the left mouse button with numpad slash? I didn't 
get any feedback that it had moved or anything which was why I wasn't 
sure if anything was happening.
