[Rwp] updated reaper golden cursor spots

How are you supposed to use these, exactly? Steps so far:

1. Run Reaper, hit alt-i. Pick Dimension Pro.

2. Tab until it says "external plugin window".

3. If I hit NVDA-l, I think it is, I get a list of positions, but when I 
hit enter on the "load Dimension Program Browser", nothing happens. 
Well, not that I can tell, I certainly don't get a program browser in 
any case.
