[Rwp] updated reaper golden cursor spots

Just like I thought, it's based on the name of the executable, so I did
an experiment, on my portable copy, change the reaper.exe to reaper2.exe
and golden cursor bitched it couldn't find any spots, so I changed the
reaper.gc file to reaper2.gc and it found it just fine.
so change it to reaper host32.cg or whatever you said it was, and it'll
work.
just name it exactly like your executable is named.
