[Rwp] updated reaper golden cursor spots

Did you put the file in the right place?

Try saving a dummy file and then replacing it, not sure if it's tied to 
the other .py files in there.
At any rate, the format of the spots is easy to see how it's done, so 
they'll be useful anyway.
