[Rwp] some golden cursor positions to share

Yup, you can scan those vst's with reaper and use them in reaper.
If you own sonar.
The sfz player was something they gave away, dimension pro I think yu 
can buy separately, but there are some here still using sonar and moving 
to reaper as well, so it will help someone I'm sure.
Someone asked about some sonar specific vst's a while back and I said if 
I got time, I'd spot it up.
