[Rwp] Integrating the Osara Keymap rather than overwriting with it

Just don't check the box to install the keymap, and then import it in
the normal way.
The install over-writes the whole thing, so that's why you loose your keys.
YOu could also export your keys and then install the keymap and then
import your keys.
If you don't check that box, then your keymap get's copied to the
keymaps folder in either your users reaper
folder or your portable folder.
keymap folder.
Look for it, it'll be named
OSARA.ReaperKeyMap
