[Rwp] for those who want it half db volume custom actions

These are mapped to alt page up and down and they move track volume up 
and down half a db by using the consolidated actions of 10 presses of 
the actions we already have to nudge track volume up and down by 5 
percent of a db.
the  advantage
of doing it this way is that these actions are automation aware.
