[Rwp] An Inquiry from a 3rd Party

                I recently posted a message about Reaper and Osara to the
discussion list of the National Federation of the Blind's Performing Arts
and Music Divisions and received a question I cannot answer. If anyone can
answer it for me, I would appreciate it and will forward it to the person
asking the question here is the question:

 

We have recorded interviews with the Phil More phone system but we are
seeking a better recording process. My question is:  Can a person use this
reaper to record interviews then after saving the recording, can the
recording be uploaded to an YouTube channel without converting it to a
video? 

 

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
