[Rwp] a thought for the permanent key map

I really didn't mean this to be for something for Jamie to have to deal 
with, but jus the folks who were doing the keymap for eeryone.
It is very easy to make custom actions,
a couple of steps involved but you can make volume changes of any 
resolution you want from 1-20th of a db
on up to as big as you want to jump by just consolidating actions.
For instance, I have them set for  20 times for a 1 db jump, if you set 
it to 10 times that will be a half db jump.
So we have all we need already I should think to do this, unless Jamie 
sees something I am not.
Unless he wants changes to the keymap filed up on github now.
