Well with no midi in-put
you can't trigger anything.
You're thinking about it the wrong way, out is for hardware outs.
in os for stuff coming in.
so reaper isn't seeing, or isn't connected to your board yet, get on the
list, do control enter for Jamie's work around to get that configuration
menu.
and If you've installed the drivers ok, then you should be fine.
and it should show up.
for some reason, I'm thinking that thing is a class compliant device,
but I could be wrong,
So, get that input enabled and things shouldbe working for you then.
Don't forget, you have to hit your track context menus and map the right
midi channel as well to the instrument you've selected,
the tts is a multi-tembral synth so can have 16 instruments at once.
