[Rwp] Question about midi setup.

64-bit Reaper. I didn't insert a vst, but rather a DX synth, Cakewalk 
tts1 or whatever it's called. I know it works because if I turn on the 
virtual midi keyboard, I get piano notes through my speakers. I did try 
enabling it but nothing happened, and when I ran Reaper again, after 
closing it of course, the device was disabled again.

I just ran Reaper and enabled it, no joy with midi but now it remains 
enabled. Of course it's still enabled as an output, the only place it 
shows up. Nothing shows up in the list if inputs at all. Oh and yeah, 
it's a USB device. And it's connected before launching Reaper. I even 
uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, just in case.
