[Rwp] Is it possible to set Quick Windows Sequenzer as an external midi editor for reaper?

Hi all,

I worked with QWS for years and, in some cases, editing  midi is
easier for me from its interface. Taking a look at the Reaper
preferences I suposed it could be done just adding qws.exe as an
external editor associated to .mid files, however, when I try to edit
a midi track choosing external editor from the context menu, reaper
always opens its build in editor.

Does someone know how to do it, or what I'm doing wrong?
