[Rwp] Hot Key Precedence

No, they are my own hot keys.  Being a jaws user, I have always assigned 
keys like alt+control+j to start jaws.  Kind of a habit really.  Of course, 
that disables my lovely envelope navigation key.  I can work around it easy 
enough.  I just wondered if that precedence was expected.  Apparently, it 
is, or you would not have already thought of the issue.
