[Rwp] removing effect

On a similar note, I can press control X on an effect in the list to cut that effect. The effect then is removed, but if I move to the top and paste, then it puts it at the bottom rather than where I've pasted it. I assume that this is the norm. I will have to investigate using the actions that Chris uses to move the effects around in the chain.
