Well I imported a key map and when a new one came out, just a couple of days later and I already added new shortcuts, my actions were present, accept that ones, witch have the same shortcut like the new actions from the new map, then my key bindings were overwritten. If there is no conflict, the user bindings will be save. That is my expirience.
