[Rwp] Direct link to Osara installer?

Yeah, as Ondrej says, go the GitHub route and ignore what you don't
need. Really, with the pace of OSARA development right now, it makes
much more sense than bookmarking a link to a snapshot that'll likely
be out of date in a matter of days. When ignoring what you don't need,
you'd just visit the GitHub page, hit H until you hear "download and
install", hit tab once to reach "OSARA development snapshot", hit
enter, and the installer download link is at the very bottom of the
resultant short page. I don't see what's a bear about that.
