[Rwp] How to make sure that old Osara is deleted for fresh install

It'll most likely be lurking in your Reaper program files directory,
under plugins. Note that the file name will either be reaper_osara.dll
or reaper_osara64.dll depending on what version you're running. Having
reaper at the front end of the file name is probably what's thrown you
off the scent.
