[Rwp] How to make sure that old Osara is deleted for fresh install

Hi, I'm surprised that I can't figure this out seemingly, but I am trying to make sure that I have definitely installed the newest install of Osara, rather than it just remembering the old Osara plugin. I've uninstalled Osara, and yet Osara still works, suggesting that there is an old Osara lerking somewhere. I've tried finding it but I can't see it anywhere. Thanks.
