[Rwp] envelope stuff

I figured out the problem. The envelope point editor doesn't like it 
when Reaper's pan fader unit display is set to -90dB .. +90dB rather 
than 100%L .. 100%R. This is how I have been using it for years, as I 
wanted a better idea of what pan was actually doing. With ReaAccess, 
using the track pan controls, it actually read those values while 
panning a track. OSARA always reads percentage, regardless of how that 
is set in preferences, so it doesn't make sense to use it that way anymore.
