I'm the guy who scripted sessiondrummer extensively with hotspot
clicker, and also autohotkey.
but I did it for sonar.
The vst windows are different in reaper, so you will have to find the
cordinates to click on to load the kits, open up the browser window, etc.
If I find there's enough interest, I'll do it for reaper,
I used to sell those scripts, but then I let them go free in the wild, I
put them up a couple of places like Steve's vipaudio access site,
if you scan the vst folders for sonar's plugs, the sd3 should work fine,
you could even rewire sonar and reaper together,
and then get the two synced up working together,
then you could theoretically p8ipe stuff back and forth between reaper
and sonar, haven't done this with that particular synth yet, but i have
run reaper and sonar together in rewire mode before with success.
Session drummer 3 is based on the sfz format, that's kind of a really
big interest of mine,
and you could technically load those samples up in to any sfz player,
you might have to do some tweaking on the text files, and
your mileage may vary because those samples are in the flac format,
depending on what sfz player you use if you want to use something else
beside sd3,
but something like golden cursor should be easy enough to do a simple
spot just to load up the kits and click on that one spot.
