[Rwp] Changing the tempo of the metronome without affecting the audio?

Go into your project settings (alt+enter) and make sure the default 
project timebase for items/envelopes/markers is set to time, not beats, 
position, length, rate.
You may also have to change the timebase for items in a project in item 
properties, depending on how things are configured.
