Hi!

I'd like to add some effect to my music, and I'd like to add it for a 
synth. In Goldwave the function is called "mechanize", where I can music 
or voices or noises make sound like a helicopter or apply a fast fading 
low and high to it. Maybe you understand what I mean, an early example 
of that effect I am looking for is found in the song "Crimson and 
clover", if I recall it right. So, I don't mean stuttering, that Reaper 
effect I know actually, but the other one I don't know, how it is 
called. So what plugin do I need or what effect in Reaper? Can I 
synchronize it with the tempo?
